This class offers Traditional Taekwondo training for Adults of all levels. Students will learn their requirements for next Belt Promotional Test, fundamentals, flexibility, conditioning, self defense, self control and discipline.
This class offers basic movements, self-defense, discipline, respect, confidence all with less distractions of younger students. This class allows you to work hard and get fit!
All Thursday classes are Sparring and Conditioning Classes.
